U.P. Rajkiya Nirman Nigam was established in the year 1975 as a U.P. State Government undertaking. For fulfillment of its objectives, Nirman Nigam started its operations in 1975 with a share capital of Rs.5 lakhs. In 1977-78, Government provided it a share capital of RS.100 lakhs out of which Nigam refunded Rs.75 lakhs as a part of profit to the government.
